### Is a security plugin enough?

No. It can be one building block, but it does not replace current components, secure accounts, server configuration, external backups, monitoring and a response process.

### Can WordPress be made completely secure?

There is no such thing as absolute security. The aim is to reduce the attack surface, prioritise risks and limit damage through good detection and recovery.

### Is a backup already a recovery strategy?

Only once access, completeness and the restore have actually been tested. An untested backup can be worthless in an emergency.

### Are urgent security updates included in Basic Care?
