About Julian Kocmut
Since 2017 I have been developing and maintaining production websites, online shops and custom client systems. My focus is WordPress and PHP – from custom themes and plugins through WooCommerce and integrations to migration, security and complex troubleshooting.
I don’t just accompany web projects up to launch. A large part of my work happens where systems have to run reliably day to day, be extended, migrated or technically modernised after years.
Custom themes and plugins, Gutenberg and ACF, Elementor extensions and project-specific features instead of unnecessary off-the-shelf solutions.
Online shops, booking systems, external APIs and multilingual content for production client projects.
Relaunches, migrations, legacy modernisation, performance work and complex troubleshooting in live operation.
Security hardening, malware clean-up and the controlled stabilisation of compromised or older installations.
Dependable development combines clean code with traceable processes, careful testing and a realistic view of operation.
Branch-based development, traceable commits, merges, conflict resolution and safe work in existing codebases.
Advanced work with cloud-based and local LLMs for development, debugging, research, architecture and documentation – with critical verification of the results.
Reusable tools for project set-ups, quality checks, security workflows, migrations and standardised development processes.
Multilingual project experience and many years in hospitality and tourism help to understand user and operational requirements early.
Technical knowledge, entrepreneurial practice and a professional background that goes far beyond the screen.
