A website can be online and still fail to send enquiries. A shop can be open even though payment or order emails don’t work. That is why it is agreed in advance which technical and business-critical functions are actually checked.
JK Concepts combines scheduled WordPress maintenance with backups, monitoring and direct technical responsibility. The scope depends on how important the website is for information, enquiries, bookings or sales.
Not every check is included equally often in every plan. Before the start, it is agreed transparently what your website needs.
Update WordPress core, plugins and themes in a controlled way and keep an eye on technical compatibility.
Set up automated and manual external backups with a defined retention period.
Not only create backups, but test the agreed way back to a working website.
Monitor vulnerabilities, malware, suspicious changes and urgent security updates to suit the plan.
Detect outages and technical warning signs automatically, so problems aren’t first noticed by customers.
Depending on the plan, check forms, booking paths and WooCommerce checkout, payment and order emails.
On the surface, a lot seems fine. Problems often only become visible once an enquiry, booking or order has already been lost.

Ongoing care starts at €49 per month. Depending on the maintenance rhythm, scope of checks and business relevance, four plans up to €299 per month are available. On top of that comes a one-off onboarding from €149. All prices shown are final prices.
Depending on the plan, it includes scheduled updates, external backups, uptime and security monitoring, restore tests and checks of agreed important functions. The exact scope is set out in writing before the start.
Yes. Most existing websites can be taken over after a technical inventory. Access, hosting, components, backups and important functions are put in order; necessary repairs or larger legacy issues are quoted separately in advance.
After scheduled updates, the pages and functions agreed in the plan are checked. If an error occurs, it is investigated according to the plan. If needed, a controlled way of restoring the site can be used via the backup set up beforehand.
The interval depends on the plan and the website. Basic Care includes weekly external backups; for business-critical websites and shops, backups and retention are defined to suit how often things change and the level of risk.
Yes. During onboarding it is not just checked whether files exist, but whether the agreed way of restoring the site works. Restore tests are then repeated regularly.
Yes. For small and medium-sized WooCommerce shops there is a dedicated plan with weekly maintenance and checks of checkout, payment and order emails. Custom shop features or extensive repairs are assessed separately.
No. The care is provider-independent in principle. The existing hosting must, however, be technically suitable and allow the necessary access, backups and restore processes. If it doesn’t, you will receive a well-founded recommendation.
From Website Care upwards, urgent security updates are handled according to their urgency. With Basic Care, unscheduled interventions fall outside the quarterly maintenance and are offered separately, billed by effort.
Term, notice and billing are set out transparently in the quote. What matters is that the agreed maintenance rhythm and the safeguards set up can be operated reliably.
Business Care and Shop Care include up to 30 minutes of minor changes per month. In the other plans, content or technical changes are agreed separately and billed by effort.
No. JK Concepts is based in 8053 Graz and supports clients in person in Graz and remotely across Austria and the DACH region. The technical collaboration usually works entirely digitally.
