A company website has to show clearly what your business offers, work reliably on smartphone and desktop, load quickly and give prospects a clear route to getting in touch.
I plan and develop new websites for SMEs and freelancers – technically clean, fast and built so they can be extended later. Which platform makes sense is decided by your project, not by a preferred system.
You talk directly to the developer who plans and builds your project. Scope and price are agreed before work starts; domain, user accounts and source code stay under your control.
Scope, maintenance needs and planned features determine the technical solution. These variants are typical starting points, not rigid packages.
For local businesses, practices, service providers and freelancers who want to present their company, services and contact details on a professional marketing site.
When different services, locations, content areas, forms, booking systems or external interfaces need to be covered.
When content is to be maintained in-house on a regular basis. Custom themes, Gutenberg blocks, plugins and extensions are built for this instead of a rigid template.
For a small company website without forms or a backend: a fast, low-maintenance static website with a clearly agreed number of pages instead of a classic CMS.
A rebuild makes sense when technology, mobile use, performance, maintenance or content structure fundamentally no longer fit the business.
If structure and technology basically work, I recommend a more economical repair or further development instead of an unnecessary relaunch.
Design, content and technology are planned together so the website works not only at launch but also in day-to-day operation.
Within a few seconds, visitors understand what your business does, who the offer is for and what the sensible next step is.
The website is built for smartphone, tablet and desktop and checked for usability, readability and technical stability.
Unnecessary dependencies and overloaded systems are avoided. Performance is considered from the architecture and development stage.
Clean HTML structures, clear content, metadata, internal linking and structured data create the technical foundation for classic search engines and AI answer systems.
Integrations, booking features, shops or additional business areas can be added without having to rebuild the website prematurely.
Domain, accounts, data and source code stay under your control. Decisions, responsibilities and the technical handover are documented transparently.
You get a clear process with agreed decisions and a binding scope before development starts.
Discuss the goal, target audience, existing content, desired features, timeline and budget.
Define the page structure, content logic and technical architecture and choose the right platform.
Build the website responsively and integrate content, forms and any required integrations.
Check display, functions, performance, basic accessibility and technical SEO elements.
Publish after approval and, on request, take care of maintenance, monitoring and further development.
The starting price applies to a small, statically built company website without a CMS, database or custom backend features. It presents your company, your services, key trust signals, your service area and direct contact details in a clear, mobile-optimised structure. The number of pages and technical limits are set out in writing before work starts.
Answers on costs, technology, collaboration and the sensible scope of a new website.
A small static website starts at €490. The entry level covers a compact company website without forms, CMS, database or custom backend features; the final content is supplied by the client. More pages, copywriting and strategic analysis are priced separately. A focused rebuild of a smaller company website usually costs €1,990–6,490. A custom relaunch with strategy, design, development and SEO migration starts at €4,990.
It includes a short business briefing, a responsive static website presenting the company and its services, one consolidated round of corrections and the handover of files ready for publishing. The specific number of pages is agreed before work starts. Texts, images, logo and legal texts must be supplied in final form. Forms, CMS, login, database, shop, booking features, APIs, custom backend logic and ongoing support are not included.
Final texts and legal texts are generally supplied by the client. Copywriting can be outsourced separately to a suitable external provider if needed. You can supply your own images; if suitable material is missing, images can be sourced through separate licences after consultation. Licence fees and external services are not included in the website price and are shown in advance.
Domain, hosting and ongoing provider costs are not included in the website price unless they are explicitly listed in the quote. Existing compatible hosting can be used. Alternatively, I help with choosing, setting up or moving hosting and can offer hosting or managed hosting separately. The domain and key user accounts stay under your company’s control.
Yes. Optionally, I analyse up to three direct competitors, their value propositions, audience targeting, trust elements and contact routes. Relevant search terms and search intent for your core offer are also checked. The result is concrete recommendations for positioning, main headline, page structure and call to action. The compact add-on module costs €390 and is not a full market study or ongoing SEO support.
A small website with content already prepared can be ready in a few weeks. Larger company websites usually take several weeks to a few months. What matters is the number of pages, features, available content and how long coordination and approvals take.
No. WordPress makes sense when content is maintained in-house on a regular basis or suitable extensions are needed. For small websites with rare changes, a static build can be faster, lower-maintenance and better performing. If the content consists mainly of many similar entries, a custom CMS can make maintenance easier. The platform is chosen according to actual needs.
Yes, if that is part of the project. With a WordPress website, editable content and custom blocks are set up to suit your needs. If you maintain many similar items such as locations, events or products, a custom CMS with its own input forms may make more sense. With a static website, changes are handled technically for you.
Yes. The domain, key user accounts, content, data and the agreed source code stay under your control. Access, responsibilities and handover are agreed transparently so you remain independent and able to act in the long term.
No. If technology and structure basically work, a targeted optimisation can be more economical. A rebuild is advisable mainly with badly outdated technology, difficult maintenance, fundamental problems with mobile use or performance, an unsuitable content structure or systems that can hardly be extended.
Yes, if the foundation is planned for it from the start. A company website that starts simple can later be extended with booking and enquiry processes, WooCommerce, APIs, custom forms, internal workflows or other integrations.
You will receive a personal reply with an initial assessment and the sensible next step – usually within one working day.
